Kozyra Realty was started by Fred and Marilyn Kozyra as a real estate company.
To better serve our clients, we became modular builders
in 1972 and we are the oldest modular builder in Massachusetts. Becoming a
custom modular home builder enables us to construct the size and style of home
you want and in the area you desire.
In addition to being a modular builder we also have our own trucks, backhoe,
bulldozer and excavator which enables us to do the site work and septic systems.
This allows us to control costs and to maintain tighter control
while scheduling work on your home.
Our team includes:
- Fred who has been a custom
modular home builder since 1972. He also has a Construction
Supervisor license, Home Improvement Contractor license and
a Septic Installer's
license in many area towns.
- Marilyn is the office manager and
bookkeeper.
- Freddie joined the company full time
after graduating from Fitchburg State College with a degree
in Construction Technology and has been working full time
as a modular builder since 1995. He also has his Construction
Supervisors license.
- Mike joined the company full
time after graduating from Westfield State College with a
degree in Business Management and has been working full time
as a modular builder since 1998. He also has his Construction
Supervisors license.
- Joe graduated from Worcester
Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering and
works for the company part time doing much of the computer
work.
- Kozyra Construction has used the same
subcontractors for foundation, plumbing, electrical, heating,
flooring, and cement work for many years. They are professionals
and an integral part of our Kozyra Construction team.
